Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order, as it contains important information about processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and your responsibilities as a customer.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Before your order ships, our team inspects, authenticates, and carefully packages every item. Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment. This processing period is separate from and in addition to the transit time shown at checkout. Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET (Eastern Time) on a business day will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Business Days: Tuesday through Saturday (our store is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and on all major U.S. public holidays). Business Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET Important: All delivery timeframes displayed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, peak seasons, customs procedures, and other factors outside our control.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (United States)

We offer flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders within the contiguous United States. Free standard shipping is available on all orders of $99.00 or more.

Estimated transit time begins after the 1–3 business day processing period is completed. Total estimated delivery time = processing time + transit time. The free shipping threshold of $99.00 applies to the pre-tax order subtotal, after any discounts have been applied.

3. International Shipping

We ship to many international destinations worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. Estimated International Transit Time: 10–20 business days after the processing period, depending on the destination country and local customs procedures. Shipping Carriers: International orders are shipped via trusted global carriers including DHL Express, Canada Post, Australia Post, and other regional delivery partners. Tracking Visibility: Once your order is transferred to a local delivery partner in your country, tracking updates may become limited or less frequent. We recommend checking directly with your local carrier for real-time delivery updates. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes: Any import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other destination-country charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges vary significantly by country and are determined by your local customs authority. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.

5. Shipment Origin

To ensure efficient fulfillment and the fastest possible delivery, orders may be shipped from our Pittsburgh, PA retail location or from one of our fulfillment partners, depending on product availability and your delivery destination. The shipment origin will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • An estimated delivery date

7. Delays & Delivery Issues

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our direct control, including:
  • Severe weather events or natural disasters
  • Carrier service disruptions or high-volume periods
  • Customs inspections or import processing delays (international orders)
  • Peak shopping seasons (e.g., holidays)
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • U.S. or destination-country public holidays
Carrier delays are outside our direct control, and estimated delivery dates should not be treated as guaranteed delivery dates. If your domestic order has not arrived within 20 business days after the shipping confirmation date, or your international order has not arrived within 35 business days, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Address Accuracy & Lost Packages

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address includes:

The Consignment Boutique and Natiglow Media LLC are not responsible for delayed, misdelivered, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or illegible address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. 9. Shipping Restrictions

Single Delivery Address: Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders. PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes within the United States via USPS. APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses: Delivery to U.S. military addresses may not be available for all products or carriers. Please contact us at support@theconsignmentboutique.com before placing an order to confirm availability. In-Store Pickup: Local pickup is available at our Pittsburgh, PA location. 10. Taxes, Duties & VAT

Domestic Orders (USA): Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws. International Orders: The product price and shipping cost shown at checkout do not include import duties, customs fees, VAT, or any other destination-country charges unless explicitly stated. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by your local customs authority upon or after delivery. We strongly recommend consulting your local customs office or a customs broker before placing an international order to understand what additional charges may apply.

11. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival

If your package arrives damaged or the item inside is defective, please take the following steps immediately:
  1. Document the Damage: Take clear photographs of the outer packaging (showing any damage), the inner packaging, and the item itself from multiple angles.
  2. Contact Us Within 48 Hours of Delivery: Email support@theconsignmentboutique.com or call +1 (412) 822-8400 with your order number, a description of the issue, and your photos attached.
  3. Retain All Packaging: Do not discard the original packaging or materials. They may be required for a carrier damage claim.
  4. Resolution: Once we review your case, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund, depending on item availability. For carrier-caused damage, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Damage claims submitted more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
