If you submit items for consignment, you confirm that you own the items or are authorized to consign them, that the items are authentic to the best of your knowledge, and that the information you provide about the items is accurate. We may decline any item at our discretion based on condition, authenticity concerns, demand, quality standards, or other business considerations.
The current terms of any consignment arrangement, including acceptance, pricing, commission, sales period, payment, and collection of unsold items, will be communicated separately to the consignor. 6. Orders, Pricing & Payment
