The Consignment Boutique operates as a consignment boutique, meaning the majority of our inventory consists of gently used, pre-owned, and vintage designer fashion items sourced from individual consignors. Please be aware of the following:

Pre-Owned Inventory: Most items listed on our website are second-hand, gently used, or vintage. Each item is individually inspected and authenticated by our team before being listed for sale. Unless explicitly stated as “New with Tags” (NWT), please assume items are pre-owned.
One-of-a-Kind Availability: Because our inventory is consignment-based, most items are available in a single unit only. Once an item sells, it cannot be restocked.
Consignor Submissions: If you wish to consign items with us, our consignment program operates on a 50/50 split with no consignment fees. Items are accepted subject to our quality and authenticity standards.
Item Condition Disclosure: We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each item in its product listing, including any signs of prior use, wear, or age-related characteristics. We encourage all customers to read product descriptions and review all provided photographs carefully before purchasing.

We strive to display our products’ colors, images, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, please be aware of the following:

Independent Reseller Status: The Consignment Boutique is an independent reseller of pre-owned luxury goods. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the designer brands whose items appear in our inventory. The use of brand names and trademarks in our product listings is solely for descriptive and identification purposes.
Product Naming: When we use “The Consignment Boutique” in product titles, it is to identify the item as part of our curated collection. We do not claim to be the designer or manufacturer of these items.

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time you complete checkout is the price that will be charged for your order.
